Further, you understand that DD may, at its discretion, use third-party service providers to administer web servers and to store such information on back-up disks, and that a service provider could without our knowledge permit an unauthorized third party to do so on its behalf.

You will indemnify and hold the owners, employees, creators and operators of this site from all liability, cost and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs that may arise directly or indirectly from your accessing the site and/or using the services. By gaining access to this site, you will have released and discharged the providers, owners, creators and operators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.

Cancellation

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations must be made by email and are only valid when acknowledged by return email from DD. Requests for refunds or credits for cancellation will be subject to the deduction of any applicable credit card, banking and currency fees, plus the deduction of all prepaid transport, hotel, limousine and any communication costs related to arranging the booking. Additional cancellation fees will apply as follows:

- 7 days notice of cancellation: No Cancellation Fee
- 2-7 days notice of cancellation: 30% of booking fee.
- Within 48 hours: 100% of the booking fee

Services and fees

DD is a model introduction agency and the services provided by DD and all monies exchanged with DD are only for the time and companionship of a model. Anything else that may occur during an engagement with a model is a matter of personal choice and mutual agreement between the model and client and is not the subject of any financial compensation. We do not promote, offer or condone prostitution or any illegal acts. Our services are limited to introductions and the sale of time and companionship only. It is further understood that DD is not the employer of the models introduced on our web pages. The models are all working individuals, DD is acting as an agent only and (its owners/the agency) assume(s) no liability for the models.

Jurisdiction

These terms and your use of this site shall be governed under the law of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under these terms or out of your use of this site shall be resolved exclusively by Swiss courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
